Instructions

Upon receipt, immediately remove the lettering from its packaging and lay on a flat surface.

Please read all the instructions before application.

1) Use metholated spirits to remove any dirt or grease from the surface the lettering is being applied to.

2) Position the lettering accordingly and using a soft pencil or similar mark the locations of the 4 corners on the surface being applied to. (Apply masking tape and mark the tape if you do not wish to draw directly on the surface).

3) Spray the surface you are applying the lettering to with a fine mist of water (a household spray bottle is fine, alternatively use a damp cloth). Wetting the surface prevents the lettering from immediately sticking and will allow a degree of repositioning if required.

4) Lay the lettering face down and using the ball of your hand firmly rub the backing sheet. Next slowly peel the backing sheet away, making sure that as you do the lettering stays stuck to the application tape.

5) Apply the lettering carefully using the alignment points made earlier, do not apply pressure to the lettering until you are sure it is correctly aligned.

6) Once in the correct position, use the ball of your hand and firmly push down on the lettering, working from the centre out to remove any creases or bubbles.

7) Leave the sign for a few minutes, allowing the lettering to grip to the surface. Next slowly start to remove the application tape, keeping it flat to the surface and at a slight angle.
